These dimsums are blast frozen before dispatch to avoid any infections and packaged in 3ply packs. Please put them in the freezer immediately. Shelf life: One month in the freezer. Storage Instructions: Always store in the freezer at or below - 10 degree Celsius Recommended Appliances: Double Boiler Method / Idli Steamer / Rice Cooker / Dimsum Steamer Cooking Instructions: 1. Remove and defrost the dimsums for 15 minutes at room temperature 2. In a steamer, add some water and allow it to come to boiling temperature. 3. Grease a perforated container or idli tray and with oil and place the dimsums. Avoid placing the dimsums very close to each other. 4. Steam for 8-9 minutes and serve hot.
