Incorporated in 2019 in Mumbai, our organisation is into manufacturing and selling of complete hand-churned readymade cooking sauces, gravies and pastes, along with frozen Asian and oriental food products. Our state of the art production facility is located in the heart of the city, making us extremely accessible to cater to all types of clients.
We believe in bringing the authentic Asian culinary experience right to your plate in the comfort of your home while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene.
Our base gravies and sauces are 100% vegetarian.

Born into a business family, Megha Poddar majored in Economics from Jai Hind College in Mumbai. She then pursued her MBA from S.P. Institute of Management and Research. Her father, Shri Mohan Goenka, a businessman dealing in diamond jewellery, led her to study Gemology from GIA.
Megha's journey as an astute businesswoman started after she married into the prestigious Siyaram Poddar Group. Apart from business running in her blood, she had the privilege of learning all the nitty-gritties of business from her father-in-law, Shri Pawan Poddar, and his brother, Shri Ramesh Poddar. She worked closely with them for 8 years at Siyaram Silk Mills Limited - the flagship company of the Siyaram Poddar Group - and actively headed the retail segment of the company, which was at a very nascent stage back then. She was instrumental in successfully opening 200 EBOs (Exclusive Business Outlets) and franchisee outlets for Siyaram's, thereby putting Siyaram's in the retail arena.
At a very young age, Megha Poddar was awarded the 'Young Women Entrepreneur' award in 2011 by the Franchise Association of India. She received the 'Women of Wonder' award by the Retail Association of India. In 2018, she was awarded "Young entrepreneur" in the innovative Food category by the Navbharat group.
Her passion and drive to create something of her own led her to start Purple Wok in 2017. Purple Wok was India's first nationalized oriental wok catering to tier 2 and tier 3 cities. In its 2-year run, Purple Wok had 35 outlets pan-India.
In 2020, Megha incorporated White Light Food to tap into the ever-growing Asian food segment in India. White Light Food is spread across the following categories:
1.Hand-churned Asian Sauces - GT, MT, E-commerce, and Horeca
2.Frozen Asian Products - Horeca and D2C
3.Fresh Menu - Horeca, D2C, and Events
In just two years of incorporation, White Light has become an exclusive Asian vendor to more than 45 five-star establishments in India. Along with that, top caterers, restaurants, and lounges are its Horeca clients. On the B2C front, White Light is a top seller in its category on Amazon and Big Basket pan-India and a front-runner in the no onion no garlic Asian segment as well.
