A top favourite with everyone. Ready to use red Thai curry paste along with Thai ginger, lemon grass, basil and chilli ingredients kept in their original textures. Just mix the coconut milk and you are ready to go.
Heat some Curry paste in water.
Add veggies.
Let it simmer for 1-2 mins.
Then add coconut milk.
Top it with your choice of tofu / paneer / meat.
Boil this for 5-6 mins. Adjust the paste / milk levels according to spice levels.
Add salt.
For one bowl:
25 gms paste
30 gm coconut milk powder
100 ml water
Or
50 ml coconut cream
50 ml water
Plus veggies / paneer / tofu / meat
