Brown tangy sauce with a ginger and coriander flavour. An addictive Indo Chinese dish with hot, sweet, sour and salty flavours
Manchurian recipe
Heat half a glass of water (100ml)
Add sauce (50 gms for 2 people).
Add your veggies and top it with a glass of water (200-220ml) and bring to a boil.
Add cornflour (10gms) and let it thicken.
Adjust salt as per taste.
For the manchurian balls:
Suggested ingredients- cabbage, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, salt, maida and cornflour.
Mix all into a dough consistency.
Average quantity: 25 gms maida and 15gms cornflour for around 10 balls)
Do not add any water.
Fry the balls.
